Bib Necklaces
I saw this beautiful necklace by Moschino... and I really want it. I love these statement pieces.

Sample Sales
If you want to dress like a million bucks... for a lot less, you might want to consider shopping at sample sales.
Some great websites to check out are NYMAG, Daily Candy, Top Button, etc.
