The New Millenium



This video, from the 1930s, shows what designers imagined Eve would wear in 2000 AD. Apparently pockets are out and light bulb headdresses are in. It's worth watching just to hear "Oh, swish!" Trust me on this one.

    This looks more like Eve in the 1970s (check out that jumpsuit--and aren't blaringly hideous shoes in style right now?).

    And yet the man with a telephone, radio, and money receptacle attached to him 24/7 isn't so far off...
