Since I'm all about love this week...

There's a new magazine hitting the stands soon, which considering the global economy and the closing of many a magazine, seems to be a pretty gutsy move. LOVE magazine, which launches on the 19th, is being headed up by Katie Grand who Fashionista.com describes as being one of the most important stylists in the industry. She was also the founding editor-in-chief of POP Magazine, in case any of you are familiar with that. Over the last few weeks various "preview" covers have been released featuring Iggy Pop, Agyness Deyn, and Iris Strubegger, and recently the official launch cover was released with a naked Beth Ditto (of the Gossip) gracing the cover. There's certainly been a lot of hype building about the new mag, let's hope that it really does bring something new to the table, and more importantly, is able to survive in today's market.
