Fierce for Less

A while ago, we posted images of Christian Siriano's line for Payless. Well, months later, the line has finally come out and the shoes seemed to have been toned down. A lot. I was actually excited to buy some great, fashion forward shoes from Payless. Most of their designer collections, like Alice and Olivia, resemble nothing of their designer's aesthetic. Here are the actual shoes:
Cute.... but, not quite the edgy, Rodarte-esque shoes we saw in his preview. Racked reports that the project runway winner has signed a multi-year contract with Payless. I am excited to see how he reconciles his vision with mass market!

The Fierce Side of Payless

Last year we experienced the dream partnership of Comme Des Garcons and H&M who worked together to create an affordable line for the mass market. Now, another collaboration has hailed down upon us associating the word fierce with Payless shoes. Come fall 2009, Payless customers will be able to buy Project Runway winner Christian Siriano's shoes at an affordable price. Here is a look at some of the shoes that will be available.
